Well, first of all, what kind of car do you have? Do you intend to mount
the 6x9's in the front (are the speaker openings that size)? This
information will allow us to better help you.

I have a 1993 subaru legacy. Unfortunatly , the 6x9 will not fit any
where in the car without cutting into some metal. I have them mounted
in some truck boxes.

The simple answer to your question is to use the more powerful Pioneer amp
to drive the subwoofer (bridge it to mono, see this group's FAQ if you are
unsure how to do this), and use the other amp to drive the 6x9's. That
would be the best way to utilize those components.

However, as those 6x9's don't fit into the factory holes, I would SERIOUSLY
consider buying better speakers that fit into the factory holes up front. I
know you were not looking for opinions about your gear, but the sound
quality of those Pioneer's is probably less than great (they were very
inexpensive speakers). Your front speakers determine (more than ANY OTHER
component) the quality of your sound. as you appear to have an amp to drive
a pair of front speakers, I would consider buying a pair of high-quality
coaxials, or even separates, that fit in your Legacy doors. Those 6x9's may
be useful as rear-fill (back speakers) IF you are willing to do some
cutting.

I own a Subaru as well, here is what I did with mine just to give you some
ideas:

Anyway, this is my $.02,
