Sony CDX-600 + CD-R/RW

Does anyone know if the Sony CDX-600 10 Disc Multichanger plays CD-R and or
CD-RW media?

Do you mean CDX-636 or CDX-737? If i remember properly the CDX-600 is a
head unit. I can tell you for sure the CDX-M600 and the CDX-737 play
both RW and R discs.

It's a CDX-600 multichanger - same/badged as CDX-606, CDX-626 and has the
same internals as a CDX-505RF according to the manual.

Reckon it will work with CD-R?

As a follow up - I bought one anyway and hoped that it would play CD-Rs and,
hey presto - it does! Tried it with one or two makes of CD-R and it worked
fine...
