TT Cartridge opinions

Hey all;

I'm looking at spending around $250cdn TOPS on a new cartridge for my Rega
Planar3. The one I've got my eye on is a Goldring 2012. Any thoughts on
this beast, or suggested alternates?

I just got the 1012GX and love it (compared to Grado Silver Prestige).
I think the key is the very small tip. Much Quieter and the highs are
much crisper (not to mention the Grado isn't shielded)
