Either not a good model number, an old model number, hence not available for
download, or a non-US model number, thus not in the files available to US
techs (like me).

Thanks Mark,
this amplifier model is circa 1970's made in Sony .- It is a Sterreo
amplifier and have in power out stage a BD911 and BD912 transistors

Heriberto,

The BD-911 and BD-912 are European number output transistors. I doubt
that Sony used these (if they were even available in the mid 1970's), so
I suspect that they have be replaced in your amp before. A Google
search of "Sony TA 1630" turned up some places that will sell you the
manual.
