I've actually tried them in two systems. If anything, they are inferior to
Nordost SPM and Valhalla cables on account that they seemed to somehow mess
up the sound of my tube driven Avantgardes. But even that wasn't obvious
until the volume was cranked up very high. I was told afterwards that it
costs less than $200 to build a 8 ft pair of these. The rest is amortized
R&D and margin.

FWIW, Transparent cables emerged from the meltdown between MIT and the
people behind Transparent who used to handle MIT's merchandising operations.
Thus the "network" boxes, except in black . I wonder why MIT hasn't sued
them for infringements...

However, it is a female owned company so all of you chauvinist pigs should
own at least two pairs of them. :-)
