Im trying to figure out what pair of speakers go well with each other.
Its hard to find this out especially when there are little to NO
stores out here that actually carry what im looking for. Here is the
system line up as it stands:

Mcintosh MC431
Mcintosh mc443 (hopefully coming soon)
2 Mcintosh ms120's (12 in subs) - I LOVE THESE
Clarion Drz9255 HU

Now here is the dilemma - i love Dynaudio; specifically their 240GT
model, but i dont quite get the brightness I attain with Focal
Utopias. Is setting up Dynaudio with Focal a good idea? What about
the Mcintosh 630 speakers and the Dyns? Help!

I'm a huge fan of Dynaudios as well. But did you mention where these
speakers are going in your car? I don't think you will be unhappy by mixing
any of the aforementioned brands. In fact, the brightness of the Focals
might even out the neutrality of the Dyns, which may sound quite good.
Assuming your standards of what your stereo should sound like (which,
considering what your choices of equipment is, it should be very high) I
would recommend you consider ditching the Dyn passive xovers. In my
opinion, those are by far the weakest link in all of the equipment you have
listed. If you can afford to go active, I would definitely try. Plus, you
will have control of the xover points and you can adjust accordingly to
brighten up the Dyns if you think they're not bright enough for you. Do
the McIntosh amps have variable crossovers?

he simply doesn't exist at all? And that we created him so that we wouldn't
