Looking for a movie

Hello, I'm looking for a short movie about car speaker - a girl sits in
car, covers her ears and a guy turns on low frequency speakers (about
16-20 Hz, don't remember) so girl's hair "flying" :) in car.

Well, the whole movie wasn't about speakers, obviously, but there's a
scene in "Singles" where Matt Dillon has installed a stereo in a
girl's car. He turns up the volume with a remote control and ends up
breaking the windows out of the car. Does that sound like the scene
you're talking about?
