The AES R.A.P. Internet dinner is heating up in the home stretch. Are attending
the Audio Engineering Society Convention (New York, October 10-13)? Would you
like to attend our internet dinner? This is a no-host, pay-for-yourself
get-together.

We're up to 54 attendees, with a reservation for 50. (I will be increasing the
reservation.) I have guaranteed it with my Belden card, so you guys/gals can't
let me down! Did I miss you? Please check the list below. Feel free to forward
this or post this to others you think might be interested. I will be able to
adjust the reservation total up to Thursday, October 9th, so please have your
reservation (or adjustments) into me by then!

If you're from another newsgroup, you're invited too! If I've got you or your
guest(s) name(s) spelled wrong, or the wrong number of guests etc. please let
me know!

TIME: 7 PM
Mad dogs and Englishmen will meet at the Belden booth #103 at 6 PM when show

It's about a mile walk along the Hudson River, which isn't really a river, is
it?
COST: Pay-for-yourself (depends on what you order)

To attend send an email to with…

Your name
Number of added guests or…
Your guest(s) name(s)
Company affiliation (optional)

Do NOT expect me to see your posting if you "reply to group". Of course, you
can always talk to those lurkers about what a great time we have at these
dinners.

Need Exhibit Passes to the AES? Just send your request to
with your name, mailing address, number of passes (be
reasonable), or call her at 1-800-BELDEN2 (1-800-235-3362). Tell her you want
AES passes (we have lots of tradeshows coming up.) Carol will send these passes
to you by snailmail.

She has about 25 left as I write this. The cutoff date to send you an Exhibits
Pass will be this Thursday, October 2nd. That gives the pass a week to get to
you. After October 2nd, send the request to me . Carol will
send the passes she has left to the show. If you request any after October
2nd, I will post them on the "message board" in the AES (Javitz) lobby in an
envelope with your name on it.

See you all at the AES!
