Are you going to be in New York for the Audio Engineering Society Convention
(October 10-13)? Would you like to attend our R.A.P AES internet dinner? This
is a no-host, pay-for-yourself get-together.

We're up to 46 attendees, but the mad rush seems to have slowed to a trickle.
So I have revised our reservation to 50. Did I miss you? Please check the list
below. Feel free to forward this or post this to others you think might be
interested.

If you're from another newsgroup, you're invited too! If I've got you or your
guest(s) name(s) spelled wrong, or the wrong number of guests etc. please let
me know!

TIME: 7 PM
Walkers meet at Belden booth #103 at 6 PM when show closes and we will walk en

To attend send an email to with…

Your name
Number of added guests or…
Your guest(s) name(s)
Company affiliation (optional)

Do NOT expect me to see your posting if you "reply to group". Of course, you
can always talk to those lurkers about what a great time we have at these
dinners. (Shameless self-promotion!)

Need Exhibit Passes to the AES? Just send your request to
with your name, mailing address, number of passes (be
reasonable), or call her at 1-800-BELDEN2 (1-800-235-3362). Tell her you want
AES passes (we have lots of tradeshows coming up.) I can't believe the AES does
not have electronic passes yet! Carol will send the cuneiform clay tablet(s) to
you by snailmail.

See you all at the AES!
