Hi,
I just got a Harman Kardon DPR 1005 and a Klipsch 7.1 system with an
SW12 II subwoofer.
The sub has a L/R RCA and otherwise has inputs for speaker wire. I have
a connection from the LFE preout on the receiver to one of the RCA
inputs on the sub, but I get no signal whatsoever. If I hook my cd
player straight into the sub, I get sound, though not all too much.
Any suggestions? I have tried setting my front/center speakers to both
loud and soft and have the receiver set to output LFE and L/R bass
frequencies to the sub.
Any ideas on tests I can do to determine if the receiver is actually
outputting anything and/or if the sub is blown?
Thanks,
Larry
