Hi All,
First off, Koss has made some headphones, over the years, that I've really
liked, like Radio Shack's LV-10's (despite the crappy dryrot-prone foam
earpads). Radio Shack no longer carries another style that I liked a lot,
so I decided to check with Koss directly, to see if they might still be
manufacturing it under their own brand.
So, I visited Koss' new & improved website. I tried every meaningful menu
link, only to find that every one requires "free registration" -- including
"Contact Us" -- which is why rec.audio.opinion gets to suffer. (Sorry --
blame Koss!) I'm utterly fed up with companies like Koss, who deny
marketing fluff from anyone who refuses, on principle, to make up a phony
email address for the purposes of logging into their $#!++y website.
Koss can kiss my @$$ -- chalk another one up for Sennheiser (everyone's
welcome at their website.)
