As I havce said before, Arny Krueger is welcome to post to the
stereophile.com forums, even to offer criticisms, provided he
stays on topic and doesn't flame or indulge in personal attacks.

(1) Site traffic is very low
(2) The site's facilities for posting are far harder to use
than OE. Everything has to be done through a tiny window
just a few lines high and also very narrow.
(3) The site's tiny population is almost entirely composed
of audiophools who really believe in Stereophile's bent
version of reality. Did I say bent? I mean other-worldly, no
really they are in some other universe Sterepohile is THE
TRVTH.

Arnii Krooborg, world-renowned kumpyootur eckthspurt, whined:

So much for the vaunted in-juh-near who can solve all problems. ;-)
The truth is you have nothing to contribute to discussions on Stereophile's
forums. You're terrified of all the best stuff. The only subject you like is
"tests", which for regular people has nothing to do with listening to music. You
know that if you clomped on to a real audio site, you'd get bounced like you
were on RAH-E and Asylum.
Of course you can't admit these obvious truths, so instead you'll attack me for
pointing them out. Show us yet again, for the 10,000th time, that you still live
by the credo "No matter how bad Arnii Krooger behaves, there's always somebody
else behaving almost as bad."

Who is this mythical Arnii Krooborg, George and why are you
afraid to mention my name?

Got a solution Goerge, or just more childish posturing?

The truth appears to be that the thread I started is the
most-viewed and most-posted-to-thread on the site.
>You're terrified of all the best stuff.
What best stuff?
> The only subject you like is "tests",

The fact is George, you simply don't know me.
I spend most of my audio prime time doing
live sound and recording. About 8 hours a week. I do almost
all my listening with portable systems or a production
system.
My major project at this time has almost nothing to do with
audio testing. The little technical testing I do is
almost all in-situ and on-site, and in support of system
construction and reconstruction. My major project for the
last 3 years has been:
(1) Learn and provide live sound, both leadership of the
service team, and hands-on.
(2) Catch up with live recording technology and do it
weekly.
(3) Help revitalize the worship music program at my church
which implies revitalizing a 100 year old church in a 50
year old building. This will hopefully provide quality
acoustic input for (1) and (2).
(4) Dramatically modernize the acoustics and lighting
(architectural and theatrical) of the two largest
performance spaces in said church. The larger room has about
113,000 cubic feet. This is a major component of (3)
At the same time I've been supervising the refurbishment of
my 70-year old house - a project that is already way into
the six figures. About a year ago I demolished my test bench
to make way for the refurbishment project. It had become
pretty idle for several years due to the above-mentioned
activities.

Huh? Bounced from Audio Asylum, when?

As well I should given that most of your claims are just
plain wrong, Goerge.

Why should I try to compete to behave badly when you have
that franchise all locked up, George. Why don't you share
some of your pedophile and coprophile fantasies with us,
again as you have so many times in the past?

Well Arny is quite right this time.
I just registered to join in the discussions at the forum and I sent off a reply
about an ARC preamp.
It simply is far too slow to bother using.
The Stereophile forum is like many others, simply too cumbersome and
slow, so after each click there is a delay of 20 seconds while things up and down
load; its crap.
Stereophile wanna get their act together.
When are people who set up forums going to realise that they will never attract
all the ppl they should attract if the use of the forum is not as easy as using say
rec.audio.tubes?????
Patrick Turner, disgruntled after 5 minutes.

More accurately, there's always you behaving worse and trying to claim Arny
made you do it.

That spotty memory problem is still conveniently plaguing the Krooborg.

Post that picture of your "system" again so we'll know what your standards are
like.

Oh, but I do. You are Arnii Krooger -- compulsive liar, sufferer of PPD,
indefatigable liar, latent pedophile, reflexive liar, epochal hypocrite,
pathological liar, dumbass sockpuppeter, unrepentant liar, monstrous egomaniac,
nonstop liar, delusional windbag, and record-shattering liar.
Did I mention that you're a huge liar?

Arnii, Arnii, Arnii. The clubhouse door is locked. Stop pounding on the door and
go back to your "science" club.

You have no competition. You are the invincible exponent of bad behavior on
Usenet.

Actually there's someone posting to this thread who behaves even
worse.
But his name may not be spoken aloud for fear of arousing the Dark
Powers.

It would seem that the reason these forums were started was to increase
traffic at the SP site, which in turn leads to higher ad revenue.

How impressive!
I suppose finishing your oatmeal without drooling into the bowl is
considered a significant milestone in your household.
Your above sentence tells EVERYONE all they need to know about you. You're a
total and complete
L_S _R!
Buy a vowel, Arny.
