Seinnheiser PXC 250 Question on Noise canceling headphones.

I recently purchased these and like them however when connected to my
computer I notice that there is a little bit of static I hear when they
are on and am streaming music off my PC. Also hear a slight buzzing
when I traverse web screens or scroll with mouse--must be some
induction
