Avital Remote Start Manual

I had an Avital Remote start/keyless entry system installed in 1997.
Recently, I had to replace my battery and now it appears that the
system has lost it's program. I am looking for the manual to
re-program. I think the model or serial number is 5SA0289B7RD.

Can anyone help ??
