Need some help clipping problem, thanks

I just got new woofers and I think they are clipping or my amp is broken.
The amp is Sony XM2200GTX 2-Channel Car Amplifier I used to have two woofers that were very cheap 4ohm woofers but the amp was too strong for them but the speakers stopped working because they just slowly started ripping apart and also after a wile they seemed to start clipping. I finally got new woofers and these are PhoenixGold TX10D its a dual 4Ohm voice coil. I installed these woofers in the same sealed box made it as air tight as possible and wired it all in parallel and bridged the amp. The problem is that it seems to be clipping at higher volumes but I don't think the amp is not powerful enough because it was the same problem with the previous speakers but they worked fine when I just started using them. Which way should I wire the speakers with this amp? And also I want to ask if it might be a different problem. The amp was contained in a pretty hot environment and probably overheated too much could this cause something like this or would the amp just brake if it did overheat, but when you listen to music for a wile the woofers turn off at lower volumes and the amplifier gets very hot. What I want to try is to try the amp with different woofers that are less powerful and in a different box to see if its the amplifier.

But the amp is a two channel so maybe I shouldn't bridge it mayb I should use seperate channels for it what would you suggest?

Ok rewired it a Serial/Parallel way and it works now thanks anyway
