Opinion on sony receiver strde497?

What is the opinion of Sony Receiver -strde497?
I felt it is a nice product , with good build quality and value for money.

If it's selling for say $150 or less then I'd consider it. Otherwise the only good receivers Sony makes are its way overpriced ES series, their low end stuff is junk.
