multisection caps

Anybody know who is making these Mallory equivalent multisection caps
these guys sell?

or any multisection cap manufacturers for that matter. I've hit most of
the majors I can think of with no luck.

I don't have experience with this kit, but I know Jim McShane is one
of the "good guys".
He also knows what he is doing. So, I'd go for it if I were to buy an
upgrade kit from another person.

The stuff looks decent enough.
