View Full Version : Fisher ST-920 Speakers

April 24th 05, 08:27 PM
I have picked up by reading past post that Fisher basically sucks. I
have a pair of ST-920 speakers with 12' woofers. The woofers have
succumbed to foam rot.Are these worth anything? Or are they bound for
the sidewalk.
I have a pair of Beovox S75's and hear sounds in my music that I never
knew was there.

Sincerely,
DMC

Sidewalk.
Don't strain your back.

The woofers certainly could be refoamed but would be of interest only
to a Fisher collector if at all. If the boxes are in good shape and
reasonably nonresonant they could be used in a kit speaker project and
would make a good alternative to Wal-Mart speakers for a nonaudiophile,
perhaps a gift, or for your garage, rumpus room or **** pad.
