Mr. Krueger, I need to contact you to finalize the travel
arrangements in connection with your attendance at Home Entertainment
2005. Please e-mail me at
.
Please accept my apologies for posting this in a public forum but
I have been getting bounce-backs from your regular email address
and no responses at all from the email address listed on your website.

He's gone into hiding.
It's possible that if you promise to remove all the mirrors from the hall,
he'll reappear.

Not at all. I provided John with my proper phone number, but I was out
serving my clients, and stocking up with computer parts when he
called.

How's that work? You tell them they need a new hard drive,
video and sound cards, and then you keep their old ones?
Are you acquiring flat panel monitors with that method yet?

The Krueger "Home Entertainment 2005."
You mentioned that the debate would be video
recorded. How will that be made available to
this n.g..? And in what digital format, please?

More curious is how this process made his email bounce repeatedly.
Maybe he services his ISP's mail server as well...

Stereophile........... is that the solid-state loving rag that used to be
the audiophool publication called "the absolute sound" ?
this fishwrap is apparently read by the same goobers who think Fox News is
"Fair & Balanced" or that pro wrestling is real.
why anyone would look to a heavily ad-supported magazine for equipment
critique is beyond me
that is analogous to asking the prostitute that you just handed $800 - "was
I good in bed?"
"oh yeah, baby, you're the best!"
You've already paid her. She can afford to be honest.

If it's not broke, I don't fix it. If it is broke, then the parts go
to back the manufacturer for warranty exchange if possible, otherwise
they go out with the trash.

I got my LCD displays the old-fashioned way - I paid for them.
BTW, I have 2 LCD displays. One 17" 1280 x 1024 Ilyama, and one 19"
1280 x 1024 Envision. The Envison swivels, the ATI card that drives it
rotates, and so I run it in portrait mode. That's what I'm typing on
now.
The Ilyama runs on the test bench because it fires up to a usable
display so quickly after power is applied.

It makes more sense to me than paying good money to a 48-year-old loser
to tweak an $800 bicycle.

No, it is the formerly subscriber-driven (no advertising revenue),
quasi-rational audio publication that has, under the stewardship of
John "Unctuous" Atkinson, devolved into a true "rag".

Sounds about right: Fox is "fair and balanced" and $tereopile is an
honest source of information.

Isn't it funny. You post this, and then 30 minutes
later Richie pops a post right underneath it.
But he's actually more like *58*, so BIGGER loser.

He does it for free if you let him bring a "trainee" along.
Stereopile is no worse than "Vacuum Tube Valley" , that overpriced
bunch of **** that panders to tube rollers and other lowlifes. They are
always reviewing piece of **** 50s and 60s crap that was marginal then
and printing horse**** designed to drive up the price of these turds
and of NOS tubes that are usually overrated.
