There are a few based on the mid-power Tripath chipset. Searching for
that should get you many hits.

Full-range Class D amps typically have problems with rapidly increasing
distortion at high frequencies. I wouldn't buy one unless it has a
distortion chart. The standard 1KHz distortion rating says little about
what happens a few KHz later. Compare the chart against one of those
ear sensitivity charts. Rapidly rising distortion above 10KHz is
usually OK because you're rapidly loosing sensitivity too. Rapidly
rising distortion at 2KHz is right where the ear will hear it.

I intend to use the amp to cover 80 Hz to 2.5 kHz so hopefully it should
work ok!

I'm affraid not too many manufacturers publish this.

As for the Xtant 1.1i, at 300$ US for a 100 watts mono amp, it better
have audiophile specs!

IIRC Infinity had a couple models awhile back. So they'd have to be
found as they were a bit obscure, and bought used of course. Take that
how you will.
