What I have ;
1) 100amp alternator , 0ga all the way.
2) 2x Optima 55mah yellow top excluding the one for engine. isolated.
3) 2x amp (200amp, roughly 1400w)
alternator upgrade is my last alternative....

which of these addition will kill my alterator?

2x RF T20001bd ( 250amp, 2000w)

or

2x RF T30001bd ( 300amp, 3000w)

or both?

thanks in advance for everyone's help.

It depends how you use them.

Good answer. Well, the 300amp setup has potential to draw more power.
And I don't care what alternator you have, making your car supply 300
amps will put a hell of a strain on anything.

Maybe a dual setup?
