I am not experienced in installation but if I wanted to have someone install
speakers in the front of my car where the tweeter is mounting higher up on
the door panel seperate from the woofer where would be a good place to go, I
live in Columbus, OH, the only places I can think of are Circuit City, Best
Buy and Columbus Car Audio. Are these ok places? Does anyone know of a
better place? I wouldnt want to spend more than 100 bucks on installation.

This is certain to mess up your imaging as the left tweeter will be MUCH
closer to your ear than the right. Best to keep as close to a 1:1 ratio as
possible, although nearly impossible in a vehicle. I have my tweets in the
kick panel and mids in the doors, I would have both in the kick but I wanted
a simple install.

I thoroughly agree.
I did TONS of experimenting with tweeter positions in my '99 Suburu and I
ended up mounting the tweeter right next to the woofer down low in the door
(I would have prefered kick-panel but that is a future project). It is
built out a bit and angled up.
Though this positioning did lower my soundstage a little compared to
mounting it higher on the door or A-pillar, the trade-off in improved
imaging, soundstage depth and width made it totally worth while (and it
didn't even really lower my soundstage that much). Also, I have found that
just a little rear-fill can make a dramatic difference in soundstage height.
My rear-fill seems to raise the soundstage to about windshield height vs.
low dash height when using no rear-fill.

someone I know has top notch install skills..
been a while since we've talked but he's the only person apart from myself
I'd ever let touch my system..
