BOB DYLAN TRIBUTE on DVD?

I have searched everywhere for the G.E. Smith "30th anniversary tribute" to
Bob Dylan that went down a decade ago at MSG's.....has anyone seen this on
DVD and if so WHERE?

G.E. Smith is a pretentious windy gas source who is more interested in
collecting guitars than playing them and his boring I-IV-V changes are
strictly high school. Of course Zimmy only knows two chords so I guess
