Can anyone recommend an installer or some reputable shops in
Massachusetts that do excellent custom installs?
Thanks

What part of Mass? There's always Rich's Car Tunes in Watertown. They're
probably the most notable of the bunch...

It doesn't really matter which part of Massachusetts. If it's a quality
and reputable shop, I'd be willing to drive a reasonable distance.
Rich's Car Tunes is a little too pricey for my blood. I was reading old
posts on this newsgroup, and a couple of posters recommended a shop
called "The Auto Stereo Place" in Framingham. These posts were in 1996
and 2001, so I don't know if this shop is still recommended...

I don't know the place. I know the south shore though, and a couple of
places come to mind. Cellular Concepts in Kingston is pretty good.
Autosound used to be ok. There used to be a few of them - one in Brockton -
but I think they've moved. I have more bad things to say about shops than
good though... :)

sound in motion is great but probably not much cheaper than Rich's.
some of the Tweeter shops seem to be OK.
