I think they just wanted to, or, ONEted to, demonstrate that they are
not a single borgish entity, so they staged a bogus disagreement one-act
play.

I can just imagine the high-pitch chihuahua yelping inside the trailer
of the terrorist as he read the "Wake up!" trump-impersonation from the
head .. err.. ****borg. Though it was already agreed upon between them
that they stage the bogus disagreement, must have really scared the ****

Here's the core of what's wrong with Middius. In his mind, any disagreement
is perceived by him as being and I quote "Shat Upon".

In Middius world people who don't walk in lock step are receiving a
"...cavalcade of insults and attacks...".

I challenge any of the Middius clones to publically disagree with Middius,
even in the slightest.

Then Sander, why would you be so sensitive about my contributsions to the
tubes and vinyl threads?

(a) I just posted them for fun, because everybody knows that as a practical
matter both tubes and vinyl are dead.

(2) A least I stayed on topic and stuck to the relevant facts.

Why? You just did it yourself. Maybe you don't know what "dead" means
either. You also conveniently left out out the fact that high end tube
electronics are alive and well along with high end vinyl production. Oh
don't forget the fact that high end turntable/arm/cartridge production
is alive and well. Get back to me when you get in touch with reality.

I surely due, especially given that this discussion is in the context of
consumer audio.

At 1% or less of original volumes, include the non-consumer audio
contribution that is irrelevant to this discussion.

No, he's just such a big fat target. He's such a joke.

In the past year I've posted about 6,090 posts per a google count. A
similar google count shows that 161 of them mentioned middius.

I'll leave it to others to count how many times Middius mentioned me, as he
uses so many different insulting nicknames for me. However, I can get past
300 just by using a few of them.

Just goes to show how mentally incompetent Middius is becoming. He can't
remember that only he and Joe Duffy ever posted this phrase (with the
asterisks changed to vowels, natch) on RAO.

OK Tom let's play question and answer:

(1) Is your wife in the real estate business?

(2) Is she OK with receiving phone calls from the general public?

(3) Is there a phone number that is general public knowlege that she
personally answers or can be routed to her?

I must avow that I have a soft spot for badinage. Unfortunatly my mirror doesn't tell me if it's clever badinage. :-)

And consumers are consuming new tube gear, new vinyl playback gear and
new vinyl. Hence your assertion that they were dead is simply
incorrect. It's pretty simple Arny.

So you think niche markets are the same as dead? Think again. There are
people gainfully employed by the market for high end tube equipment,
high end vinyl playback equipment and the prodiuction of new high
fidelity vinyl. It is alive and well.

Please cite the numbers that support your assertion that High end
turntable/arm/ cartridge production is at 1% or less of it's original
volumes. I think you are quite mistaken.

Saying so doesn't make it so, Scott. I can handle you using this bogus means

In microscopic amounts.

Apply that logic and nothing ever effectively disappears from the market, it
just gets a tinier and tinier niche. Scott, if you want to admit that inyl
and tubes are tiny niche markets, fine with me. It still means that compared
to the mainstream markets, they are effectively dead.

There are no doubt a few people gainfully employed making buggy whips. Ever
been to Greenfield Villiage? They've got people there making all sort of
products that used to be mainstream but are now effectively dead.

Unfortunately, it appears that the industry stopped keeping statistics for
sales of vinyl playback and tubed equipment a decade or more ago. No doubt,
due to a lack of interest.

No. In amounts significant enough for many people to make a good living
off the market.

Perhaps you should note it for yourself. If you can cite any other
examples of thriving markets being called figuratively dead please feel
free to do so. Please feel free to show how "dead" apty applies to any
market that has seen growth over the previous 10 years, figuritvely.

Wrong.

it

I suggest you get your facts straight. This market has grown over the
past 10 years and is keeping a number of people gainfully employed.
That is what we call a thriving niche market.

Scott, if you want to admit that inyl
> and tubes are tiny niche markets, fine with me.

I have always admitted that they were niche markets. Hell, high end
audio is a niche market. Hobbies generally are a source for niche
markets when they are not in a fad stage.

It still means that compared

No it means they are niche markets.

Really? There is a world wide demand for buggy whips? There clearly is
such a demand for high end tube equipment, high end vinyl playback
equipment and high fidelity vinyl. I think your analogy fails on many
levels.

What is your point, nerd?
That I should be thankful that Torry-boooy posted that forgery?
It made good business sense?

Everyone should hear the recording so they can take your posts

Which says that Ms. Albertz wants the world to know her phone number,
presumably to call her up with real estate-realted stuff.

Why are you still aiding and abetting the people who did that?

A more accurate assessment: I won't sink to your level by a) sending
out emails urging others to file false police reports, b) supporting
people who file (or pretend to file) false police reports and
c)supporting people who make and distribute illicit recordings of
private telephone conversations.

Part of the Middius reading of "How To Win Friends And Influence People". He
just threatens them with humiliation until they cave in to him and join him

Just goes to show that Tom has two sets of rules of personal conduct. One
for him where he can do as he pleases with impunity, and one for the rest of
us who have to walk the strait and narrow or risk his wrath.

Indeed.

Then you've got guys like Richman who just help the Middiot out for the fun
of it.

I was a "yutz" at the time. I thought, like you, that George and Graham
were
over the top and I defended Arny. But Arny turned on me and bit the hand
that defended him and has subsequently demonstrated (as you have) that
he (and you) are demented, dishonest, lying individuals with no
self-respect.

So see, it had nothing to do with George.

What is it that has you hating life so much? Come on, do share.
