CoolEdit pro frequencies

After I record my voice, how can I change the frequency of the recording?
Example, make it 17 Khz?

Hey Bob.

Try looking under 'Edit' in the dropdownmenu.
There's a button: 'Adjust Samplerate'. This should be what u'r lookin' for.
