phono to computer equalizier question--newbee

recording old vinyl to my computer


using phone output to computer ( rec play into computer does not
work---did however work fine in my other setup but amp began to get
flaky )--no problem with this other than cord dangling in front of amp




how can i use my Gemini eq 1200 in this set up



it has input tape mon tape out and output
jacks in back

You need a phono preamp with gain and eq. Start at RadioShack,
PartsExpress, MCM, etc.
