i have a pair of c61's purchased used
they were used overseas orginally at 220
the guy gave me a transformer to convert it to 110 as a freebie and they
work fine like this, though i'd rather eliminate an extra box if i can.
on the back of each power supply there is a screw (pot? switch?) that
switches between 110 and 220. the guy that sold it to me also mentioned
something about an internal jumper to switch between 110 and 220. is this
switch the thing he was referring to? if i dont use his transformer and just
set both switches to 110 will this be enough to run them at 110? if there is
something wrong with the supply at 110 and i dont use his external
transformer can this cause any damage to the mics?
