Making mic cables for 130 volt B&K mics

I thought I remember a posting a while back about how to make mic
cables for the B&K/DPA 130 volt mics. Various searches haven't turned
up anything. Does anyone have any info about this?

What do you need that isn't in the DPA manual? All you need to know is
which pair goes where.
Digikey stocks 4 and 5 pin XLRs now too.
