The paperwork's finally done and we have our install scheduled for
this Thursday. I'll probably have a decent set of photos (removing
the current - soon to be previous - RAMSA desk, installing the PM5D,
integrating a DM1000 as a sidecar), and will be happy to answer any
hands-on questions as best I can. Press releases and reviews can only
go so far, and if I can be of help to others who may be considering
the investment, well, that will suit just fine.
FWIW, it really looks like it's as advertised, which isn't something I
say lightly. The one significant downside is that it's not expandable
on the input side (48 and 8 is what you get), but if that meets your
needs, it's an incredibly flexible tool and one that makes a lot of
sense for my particular application.
It's hard to know whether to be relieved or excited, but I'm trying to
keep the balance while I wait.
