Where to buy isolation rooms?

Hi,

Does anyone know where I could buy an isolation room (something I would
assemble) with dimensions around 7.5' x 7.5' x 7'? I need to record loud
guitar amps in my basement and am trying to come up with a good tradeoff of
price and performance. So far what I have come across is db-Bloc from
controlnoise.com, which requires a good amount of construction. But I am
starting to think that buying an isolation room might make sense, especially
since I am military and don't want to do new construction every time I move.
