Just before the 2000 election a lot of people had questions about
George W Bush's history. His being AWOL from the Alabama National
Guard

And in particular a 1972 Cocaine conviction that was expunged from
Bush's record in exchange for a stint of community service, arranged
by his 'daddy'.

Not to let this get out straight the media unit of the republicans
picked a patsy. A guy names James Hatfield who was writing a trash
biography of Bush; "Fortunate Son". By feeding him all the information
he was looking for.

Hatfield named his source "Karl Rove". A complete and utter 'setup'.
Rove knowing of Hatfield's prior convictions used him as a way of
negating these facts.

With all the "Memogate" Flap, especially by the extremely biased Fox
News network. We can see the same pattern as the cocaine allegations.
Screw the messenger; lose the message.

Where are the news items on Cheney's 2 Drunk driving convictions

Where are the news items about Laura Bush's vehicular homicide of her
ex-boyfriend?

And where are the news items about Bush's Cocaine conviction.. Isn't
anyone getting the name of the Judge, testimony from the folks at the
community service. Good to see that Faux News and the other
"Neo-Liberal" media is on the case.
