Yeah all 3 of you probably. Well maybe `geezer will see this
hopefully.
I've just started to get interested in the midi mute automation of the
GS3. I've just been using my DAW control surface up until now.
(Protools w/ 002 hardware) However I'm having some trouble with
getting it rolling. I've setup the mixer in Apple AudioMidi setup and
am receiving data fine. I go into PT and create a test session and a
midi track for the GS3 (yes at this point I'm thinking it's going to
be a whole lot easier to use the external sequencer than the built in.
I've been reading the GS3 manual and it's pretty scary) and then arm
the track in PT, clear all channels on the GS3 and record midi data.
Protools seems to get the midi data and records it but on playback,
nada. The manual isn't very clear to me on setup. I'm not a huge midi
tweaker but I can usually manage. I think I'm just mostly having a
hard time trying to set the board up. Not sure which CONSOLE MODE it
should be in. If any has experience in this I'd be forever in debt to
you.
