View Full Version : Kerry uses imported drugs as political crutch?

I guess he would support importing drugs, since he seems to be on
quite a few of them.Maybe that is why he has that dopey look most of
the time.I guess paying higher prices for american made drugs, made by
high paid american employees, is too much to ask.Lets export the drug
jobs to another country also. Then we can complain that no american
made drugs are available anymore, and blame the government, instead of
blaming our own greed for low prices.Maybe Wal-Mart will provide these
fine canadian prescriptions on a bargain shelf, and give liberals
another reason to complain about jobs leaving America.
But dont quote me on that.

High paid american employees? You think that is where exorbitant drug
profits are going?
Damn you are dense. (..)

Don't be so sure that all American brand drugs are actually
manufactured here.

Maybe so, maybe not.But I guarantee you american drug company
employees are paid more than chinese drug company employees. And
importing drugs from Canada is the first step to opening up imports
from other nations like China.

Randall, would you start the subject of these kind of
threads with OT to assist those who don't want to see them
in filtering them out.

There aren't many drug manufacturers in Canada or China. The U.S. has the
largest slice of the drug manufacture pie. The drugs are exported cheaply
and sold at lower prices in other countries than the drugs are sold for
here.
The drug companies would be hard pressed to outsource those jobs, because
the German, South African and British employees they have cost them more
than the American employees do.
Drugs, however, are cheaper in those countries.
