The Ableton Live Delta software will allow you to record audio and MIDI,
although MIDI sync isn't enabled in the version you have, and since you said
"not midi" then it shouldn't matter. It sounds as if you're a little
uncertain about how to direct record, although I could be wrong, of course.
You simply plug the cables from your instrument or mixer's output(s) into
the Delta's input(s) and it should allow you to record directly into your
Delta. Install the Live Delta software and you should be able to record
whatever signal you've got piping in through your inputs into the Delta via
the software.
