Actually does look legit---until you look at the sellers previous auctions,
and then you see that it is a bunch of dolls.

OTOH, I have bought a few "objets d'art" along with my audio stuff.

Look at his history. The account sells mostly Barbie dolls.

Hi,

After asking for shipping charges, I received the same answer as yours and 1
hour later I received this message coming from a Yahoo mailbox (nothing to
do with ebay seller's account) :

"Hi, are you still interested in my Yamaha, please let me know ASAP because
the buyer has changed his mind.

Cheers"

....!!!!!!!!!!!!!....

Did he really intercept the message I sent to the real account's user asking
for shipping charges ? How can he know I was interested by the item (I never
bid) ?

Yes, it's very likely that he has the account owner's Yahoo password as
well as eBay password. Possibly other bits of information that the
account owner would be quite upset about.

Only purchases.
