I put some PA speakers up for sale on harmony central. I got an initial reply
about "my recent post on harmony central". I could tell this was an automatic
response. But anyway, they said they wanted to buy it but they're in North
Carolina so they'd have to arrange a pick up. And they asked a few questions
(wanted a pic, etc). I could tell it was fishy, but I indulged and answered the
questions. Here's what I got today:

Thanks for the immediate response and attention shown to my purchase request,
thanks also for the detailed informations forwarded, however, i would like to
let you know that i am okay with your asking price, moreso, i would like you to
please
reserve the purchasing right to me and i will make payment and pickup
arrangement as soon as possible.

More importantly, i will be requiring your utmost sincerity and loyalty to
complete this transaction successfully in good
faith because i will be leaving U.S for Sweden on an official assignment for my
U.S company, and as it is now, payment
arrangement will be remitted and disbursed to you through my U.S FINANCIAL
INSTITUTION, also, before i leave U.S for Sweden
later today, i will contact a shipping company here in U.S and scheduled a
pickup and shipment arrangement so that
immediately payment is delivered and received by you, the shipping company can
be able to come down to your place of location
for an immediate pickup and shipment.

Furthermore, in regards to the payment to be remitted and disbursed to you
through my FINANCIAL INSTITUTION in the U.S, it
will be in an amount of $5,000, and upon receipt of this Funds, you will deduct
your asking price and transfer my remaining
funds to the SHIPPING COMPANY that will be handling the pickup and shipment in
U.S in order to allow them prepare all the
neccessary shipping paperworks/documents prior to coming down to your place of
location for the pickup.

Therefore, if this is a transaction that can be handled efficiently and
successfully by you, ... endeavour to send forward
the following neccessary informations needed to make payment to you so that i
can forward it to my U.S Financial Institution,
i.e;

-the name you want on the U.S Certified Funds.
-your mailing/delivery address for the U.S Certified Funds.
-your contact home, office and mobile phone number.

Looking forward to your soonest response.

Regards.
King Jnr.

For further communication via phone, immediately i reached Sweden, i will get
you a contact mobile phone number that you can
reach me to talk with.

Why do I have the scene from Big Lebowski in my head, at the pound,
the cop (played by Cheech) explaining to Lebowski that they've got
detectives working in shifts to find out who stole his car....
