Oh yes, Tannenbaum Professional Recording Studio Monitors. I don't see how
anybody interested in recording mega-hit records would consider anything else.
Read all the high praise reviews & articles on these amazing tools in all the
really important Professional Recording magazines.

Sure, although it won't change anything except you will give up a really good
sounding amp.

You mean your speaker cable? Yeah, that's probably it, they're probably aiming
the wrong direction.

So, how well do you know this Professional Recording Engineer who sold these
speakers to you?

You just bought yourself a pair of "White Van" speakers, I suspect. There
did actually used to be a legitimate German loudspeaker company called
Tannenbaum, and they made some decent speakers, but they did not make anything
even remotely like what you described and they did not make studio monitors.

Multiple drivers in parallel are a receipe for interference issues and
blurred sound, yes.

Don't ever buy any speakers without auditioning them very carefully first.

While no doubt appreciated by the OP in his hour of darkness, I think you're
not really addressing the questionable speakers issue with this response.
