Was looking for an Opamp for a Micpre which is fully Differential, and found
the AD8139. I know i'ts a little bit noisy but you don't have to
re-balance.What are your thoughts about?

It's a fun device and it's useful for a lot of things. It doesn't sound bad,
although I have mostly used it for control applications. It's not really
an op-amp. It is noisy, but you wouldn't use it on a front end anyway.
If you want to go fully differential, though, I think you are a lot better off
just going discrete and dumping the monolithic stuff entirely. That way you
can get just as much balancing or as little balancing as you need.
