Samplecell with Protools??

Hi, all. I have a Protools LE 6.0 system on a Mac G4 running OS 10.2.6.
I have the opportunity to pick up a Samplecell PCI card at a good price.
Will this thing work using this setup, and will it talk to Protools so I
can have it play MIDI tracks from Protools and record the resulting
audio back into Protools? I basically just want to sample my electric
guitar for recording rhythm guitar tracks.

I had a similar setup running on my old Quadra 800 Nubus Mac, but it was
with Sound Designer II, not Protools. Anybody know if this new setup
will work?
