The right amp. How to find it.

I have 2 Cerwin Vega HED 15" SUB's in a bandpass box. 400 watts max but
800 together. I was wondering what would be a good or the best amp to use
with this. I dont know how to measure the wattage and what amount you would
need for it to be good and not be pushed too hard ya know. Thankz.

Read reviews, *lots* of them, many of which will probably include bench tests
(if the reviews come from major publications). Beyond that try to demo amps on
subs as similar to yours as possible, and see what happens. If you can bear
going to them, Al & Ed's has a satisfaction deal where you can exchange any amp
bought through them inside of 30 days if you aren't happy with it.
