'92 Integra: Replacing Antennal Mast

I need to replace the mast. Is there a special tool I can use to loosen
the mechanism and is there a good replacement besides genuine Acura
parts to use?

I replaced my antenna with an accord specific unit from crutchfield.

Special tool??? I used a screwdriver.

The tool is called a spanner wrench. I don't want to use something that
could scratch the surface of my car.
