View Full Version : Are these (bone conducting) headphones any good?

Hey folks,

I don't know much about audio, but I would like to give these bone
conducting headphones a shot. One person told me that the specs indicate
that they would be effectively useless for listening to music. I don't mind
inferior quality, but don't want the experience to be completely horrid.

Can anybody here give me their 2 cents on whether these headphones seem like
they would be acceptable for listening to music on?

http://www.collection-inc.com/ez.htm (the one at the top - the EZ80P/S20).

Thanks
Tim

In the 80's there was a product called "the Bone Phone". I was in a
flexible package that wrapped around the back of your neck and sat a
speaker on the front of each shoulder. The speakers fired into the
body. It was telephone audio quality. No highs, no deep bass.
I'd expect the same from this.
