Suppose to. I havn't heard the difference with just the 10"x10" sheets for speakers, but I am sure if properly applied to the entire car, it would.

This has been flogged like the proverbial dead horse ... but the bottom line
is ...
Don't buy Dynamat to reduce road noise, buy it to reduce resonance and
improve overall SQ.
One way to reduce road noise is to buy luxury touring tires that are geared
towards a quiet, comfortable ride ... the Goodyear Eagle LS, Michelin
Energy MXV4 Plus, and BF Goodrich Touring T/A SR4 are all good examples.

Yes, it has been flogged to death. I am of the opinion that the only way to
"really" quiet road noise is to use a sound barrier, such as lead/foil
sheets used in conjunction with damping material.
Like Daniel said, you'd be better off doing other things to reduce road
noise rather than Dynamat.

What's more likely? That an all-powerful mysterious god created the
universe and then decided not to give any proof of his existence? Or, that
he simply doesn't exist at all? And that we created him so that we wouldn't
have to feel so small and alone. -Eleanor Arroway, Contact
