Anyone here know where i can buy diamond needle from General Electric
to 78 rpm VR1 (The needle is 501 D).

What you may have is a replacement needle Pfanstiehi 501D7 Try
http://www.turntableneedles.com/ where you can make a visual match to be
sure it is the right one.
I would have offered to sell you one from my stock of needles, but I was
out of stock on that one.
