I'm trying to install a power windows roll-up module in my 2000 Ford Taurus.
The module hooks to the power locks so when the lock is activated it will
roll the windows up automatically with the key off. I was wondering if
anyone Knows the wire color code for the power windows and the door locks.
For example, What color is down for each window? It will all be wired into
the switches on the driver side door. A link to a website that has it would
be acceptable. I have tested a few of them with a volt meter, but knowing
what each wire is before hand would make it so much easier. Also it their
power to run the windows and the module with the ignition off in the door or
will I have to run a separate power lead into the roll-up module?
Any feedback would be appreciated
