First thing before even upgrading your mids and highs is to get a decent
amp for the mids and highs. Ditch the Jensen. If you plan on keeping
your 6x9s for a little bit longer, you should make sure that they're
mounted properly if not securely. Your noise problem could be due to the
bad mounting job causing it to vibrate or rattle.
Since you already have a Hifonics amp for the lows, why not get another
Hifonics amp for the highs? They're decent amps.
Later on down the road, you should upgrade your head unit as well. This
time, spend a little more and get something with a 4 channel RCA output.
Better yet, get a head unit with a 4V. or even 5V. output.
