Have a look at this gem ... I am thinking of purchasing it.

As you can see, there is a mountain of planning involved in building
bandpass (even without the isobaric thrown in) Also the margin of error is
incredibly small. However, the results can be orgasmic (if you like that
sort of thing). Typically a vented enclosure will give +3dB at the tuned
range over a sealed enclosure, but a bandpass will give +6dB. Basically the
boxes are large but the drivers are incredibly efficient within the tuned
range.

I say if you have the time, patience, and resources ... go for it.

Bandpass are generally geared toward SPL, and as such, generally sacrifice
sound quality for that gain... On a side note - if this is your 'first' box
building venture - I'd recommend trying ported or sealed instead.
Designing/Building a bandpass box has no room for error.

I am try to figure out box demsions and I have a

few more questions.
1 does winISD beta take into account driver displacement when determining
the need cf for a box?

2. does volume needed include the volume INSIDE of the port ( the air that
is actually in the port ) or is the port considered a cube removed from the
box volume

No.

No, the port is considered a cube removed from the box volume.
