how can I operate a Delco radio on my bench in order to repair them
does any one can help with this?

pretty simple dude....but I'm worried that you're going to repair them, but
you don't know how to run one on the workbench?!?!

find a wiring harness for the particular model (the male harness), and
simply wire the contstant and ignition leads to the positive side of a
decent power supply. connect the ground to the ground lead and
voila...working on the bench.

I'll let you figure out that you have to wire the speakers separately with +
and - on each :)

He's most likely talking about Class Two Data bus radios.
