Programming Key CD on Eclipse?

This should be an easy one for you, how do you program the Key CD for
an Eclipse Head Unit. I've been told I need to press two buttons and
that it will ask for a disc to be put in and this will be my key CD,
however I don't know which two buttons it is.

PS - Don't tell me to RTFM because it didn't come with one :-)

On some units it's a combination of pressing the TU and Preset #1
button for 5 seconds.
